Transfer-In Students

In order to issue an I-20 and an acceptance letter we require the following documents:

• Filled application form from Citi College of Allied Health




• Filled part A of the Transfer Request Form from Citi College of Allied Health




• Copy of passport with I-94




• Copy of I-20 from current school




• Transcript if available




• Copy of approvals if any




• Copy of OPT if any




• Copy of credentials or high school diploma (Intermediate certificate)




• Form I-134 (Affidavit of Support) or an affidavit of support on stamped paper




• Bank Statement ($20,000.00 minimum)




• TOEFL results if available




• Application fees $150.00 (non-refundable)
